Bike repair

Hi good afternoon I bought this bicycle last month but it’s gear assembly doesn’t proper work like when change the gear he’s jumped off two or three numbers forward I gave him back to store for repair but they gave me back after one month that’s has same gear problem they didn’t properly repair gave me back without maintenance thanks

A: Suspension seems to be fine if your under 200lbs, but we actually returned the bike as it was bought for someone over 230lbs and over 6ft tall and sturdiness and suspension didn't seem adequate

A: I would recommend a 26 inch wheel size if you're 5"3. Although, it may be doable to get this and have the seat all the way down. Hope this helps :)
