Very Unhappy Customer!

I am quite upset. The bike was not in working order and I returned it right away. They wouldn’t replace it or return my money. It was a birthday gift for my grandson. Instead I have to wait for an outside person to come to the store and look at it and hopefully repair it. It has been a week now and I haven’t heard anything yet. Definitely not happy!

Kids’ Supercycle Nite Melatoid 14 in wheels with training wheels Red,black and silver.

Grandson loves this super cycle. First time on a bike with training wheels and he took off. Bike is very cool looking res,black,silver red his favourite colour. Bike is sturdy and well made. He is 3 so I went with 14 in wheels not 12 so he could have it a few years. Highly recommend this product.

A: we use an 'inseam' measurement - the inside of the rider's leg, to the floor. The measurement would be 18-22".
