The bike is great. my issue was with the customer service. they paged for a young man to come and help, he never showed up. i went to see an older lady and she came to help. my 25 year old son was with me and he ended up going up the ladder to bring the bike down from the racks. this to me was unacceptable. i myself would not have been able to lift the bike either. there should always have some one capable of the doing the job and when breaks or lunches are taken, someone else should be replacing them during that time.

A: My 10 year old is very petite for her age, around 4'3.. we bought this bike for her last year and it's a great size for her, and will still be fine for a couple years as well.

A: The adjustable range for the stem (that holds the handlebar) is 35mm. How much higher you can currently raise it depends on how high it is currently set. Keep in mind the minimum insertion line must remain inside the frame when adjusting.

A: Yes, fenders that are made to fit a 20" x 2" tires will work. Canadian Tire doesn't carry this size of fenders.
