A: Yes, the stem that connects to the handlebars is height adjustable on this bike. Keep in mind the minimum insertion line must remain inside the frame when adjusting.

A: No, it would be too small. Bicycles are sized using your inseam. Please go to your local dealer and they can measure you and fit you to the correct sized bicycle.
