Q: How does this work with a presta valve? I''ve used this pump with Schrader valves, but I can't figure out how to get it to work with a presta valve. How do you convert it to presta? Is there an adapter I'm missing?

A: unscrew the cap that covers the seal, remove the seal (carefully with the head of a nail, or needle nose pliers, as it is recessed- oh, you can flip the lever and it pushes out a little) it's about 1/2 inch around, 1/2 inch thick, and it's the part that fits around the valve stem. You will notice the other end has a smaller hole, flip over so that hole is facing out, put cap back on. Now, loosen the valve lock on the presta valve, place pump fully down over the stem, past the lock... Clamp lever and pump. Release pump, tighten valve lock after you are done.
