Horrible product

Bought 8 months ago and had nothing but trouble. Service was good and they sent me 3 new motors and 2 new rollers during that time but still wouldn’t last more than a few days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The belt keeps shifting after adjustments causing friction and rubbing, kept getting a E 10 error on the screen and the motor would over heat and shutoff. Today the motor burned out after only having treadmill for 6 months complete junk don’t purchase

Its an OK treadmill - not suitable over 200 lbs

I bought this in 2023 and in 2025 it doesn't work. Husband is very good with electrical, we contacted the company etc for new parts we could buy and they never got back to us. It worked until it didn't...... I wouldn't expect it toward much past a year seeing as I hardly used it for a year. I am a petite woman. My husband is a muscular 200 lbs and its when he started using it that it started having issues .. I would assume perhaps it's not built forr bigger people.

Sunny TM100 Treadmill

Very disappointed in this product , problems with rubbing belt and excessive squeaking sounds right out of the box. Tried adjusting the belt with a allen key , after about a hour of walking on it I get E 10 message and it overheats and shuts off.
No, I do not recommend this product.
