Poor support, poor finish

Purchased a Sunjoy Group Gazebo, setup and less than a year in BC it starting showing signs of rust. Again within a year disassembled for a move and found most of the hardware had rusted and was unusable. most welded joints were rusted, the roof was discolored. Back and forth with the company for months ended up with an offer of $15 USD to purchase paint, but couldn't provide a color code. As the hardware pack was discontinued, they has no interested in helping me out, ended up researching all parts and replacing myself. Last comment on the email "We cannot go on further, All the best, nice kiss off. Product not worth the frustration. K.

Gazebo

We have had this gazebo for nearly 3 years now and are really pleased with the size, make and sturdiness. It is comfortable for a large sectional and tables. We have been through 2 winters now and it has stood up to the snow. In the winter we store our BBQ under it as its great when doing a BBQ as it keeps rain and snow clear from the BBQ. It was heavy to put up but we got it done with Dad, Mom and 3 teens!!. The only downside we have is that the paint is coming off so we will have to paint it next year. But other than that it has been a very good buy.

Yes, I recommend this product.
