Q: Will the light turn on if not “fully” charged after three days?

A: I have tried everything! Sunforce sent me an email with steps to take. Turning it off, taking the battery out, setting it to 60 seconds, etc, etc, etc. Very lengthy steps, and to no avail, the light still just works when it wants to. I turned it to OFF, let it charge in full sun for 3 days, and it's still a piece of garbage. Once it becomes dark, it will come on for the first few times, but 2 hours later, will not turn on the rest of the night. Total piece of garbage! Customer service was even worse than the product itself! I sent them an email back following the instructions to follow, told them it did not work, and their products are garbage. Never did hear back at all from them. Will never buy their garbage again and passing it on for people not to waste their money. I paid alot of money for nothing. Sunforce sucks! Simply stated.

A: L'installation est très simple. Il suffit de fixer la lampe à l'endroit désiré à l'aide de deux vis. La lampe est reliée au panneau solaire par un fil assez long, je dirais 25 pieds à peu près. Choisir un endroit éclairé par le soleil au moins quelques heures par jour pour le panneau solaire et le fixer avec quelques vis, puis fixer le fil avec quelques attaches ou du ruban collant style 'Alien tape' pour qu'il ne batte pas au vent, et le tour est joué.

A: J'ai installé mon panneau à moins de 1,5 pied de la lumière, mais je pense que le fil est suffisamment long pour s'étendre sur environ 4 à 5 pieds (hors de la boîte).

A: The solar panel needs to capture sunlight; ideally facing the sun to recharge. Rain has no effect but you will need to gently brush off any accumulated snow on the solar panel. So far this winter, we've dipped down to -25 with lots of snow with no problems with the solar light and panel.
