Actual runs a little on the warm+ side. Shut-off timer sets automatically every time
you turn it on, which is a good safety feature especially since I bought it with my
senior cat in mind for this winter.

Q: I thought this product was suppose to shut off automatically after 2 hours. I accidently left it turned on and went to bed, and went to work the next day. Upon returning home, it was on. Should I return the item as defective? I recently purchased it.
