Heating pad is garbage

I like the features of this heating pad so replaced the ones that have failed. So far 3 different units I've purchased have failed and it has been a continuity problem at the connector from the controller to the pad. Super frustrating! I won't buy this brand again!

Vérifiez si son cordon n'a pas subi de dommages physiques. 3. Vérifiez la connexion de la fiche du produit qui se branche directement sur le produit. Assurez-vous que la connexion est sûre et complète. 4. Ne l'utilisez pas avec des rallonges, des multiprises, des convertisseurs de puissance ou des onduleurs car cela pourrait affecter les performances du pad. 5. Q: If you set it to “stay on”, will it remain on until you turn it off? Like will it stay on for months+? I’m looking for a heating pad for my senior cat that I can just leave on for her lol

Q: Hello. I brought this product last week. I found out that it heats for one minute and automatically turns off. Is my product defective or do I need to change any settings ?

A: Yours may be defective if the LED temperature setting display goes blank after one minute.I have two of them. Both work as advertised. When in 2 Hr mode, they always maintain the heat level that I've set them at (1 to 6). Even on "1", the heat is noticeable and stays consistent.
