Nice and warm

I borrowed this pad from my neighbour for lower back pain and it was wonderful. I liked it so much I went out and bought my own. Some people have reported poor heat but my experience was great. Nice warm heat with the one I borrowed and my own. I use the low setting (2 out of 4) on my lower back though a thin T-shirt and it was perfect for me. Seems reasonably well built and not overly expensive.

I would not have given any type of rating but had to just so that I had to give a review. I had to return it because it did not work at all. I should have seen the red flag when the product was not sealed or wrapped in some sort of plastic bag. Never again will I purchase online from Canadian Tire. It also cost me bus fare to get there. But I am sure you couldn’t care less.

Q: What does an F on the controller mean?

A: Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your inquiry and we will be glad to help. F on the controller means Fault Found. There are several causes of this issue: 1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Product wasn't plugged in properly. 3. The AC outlet is not functional. To fix this problem, do the following to reset your heating pad: - Check if there is no physical damage on its cord, controller, or pad. - Turn the heating pad control to the Off position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Let it rest for 2 minutes. - Check the product plug connection that directly plugs into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. - Hold the power button down and re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet at the same time. Your Sunbeam® Heating Pad has a 5-year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, please contact us directly so we can determine the best resolution. Have a good day!
