Work hard play... short?

My kids enjoyed it for a day. Hopefully they will continue to use it this summer as it was a bit tricky to set up and will be a bigger pain to take down. The hose connection is quick connect. Its very difficult to fill the clouds with water given the plug is on the BOTTOM of the cloud, but filling them is necessary for it to stand upright. Its a two person job. The price was fair.

product did not perform as advertised ... hard to inflate and does not stand up as advertised.. also had several leaks. not sure if we just got a bad item ..... but we and our grandkids were dissapointed.

Q: How to deflate this giant rainbow sprinkler? It seems like the valve is small and has a protection against deflation, very useful when the product is in use, not useful when we want to store the product away for next year's use.

A: To deflate I opened the valves and pressed some air out. Then left it for a couple of days to fully deflate. My family really enjoyed the sprinkler.

At the highest point on the rainbow, the distance from the ground to the BOTTOM of the rainbow is about 60" and the distance from the ground to the TOP of the rainbow is about 68". Q: Is the height only 23”? That seems to be what you answered but that would be for very tiny children! I don’t understand.

A: 23.5” is the width between 2 cloud base (or diameter of rainbow), it’s not the height for the rainbow. The product size is 130” x 23.5” x 68” (L x W x H).

Q: Do I need to buy an attachment for it to fit to my garden hose? When I inflate it the part where the hose should go has a plastic protrusion that prevents my garden hose from attaching

A: If the garden hose has thread, the hose can connect the product. If it is mere pipe, an extra connector (Quick-Connect) is required (bought separately) and need to be connected to the garden hose.

Q: How do I inflate the rainbow part??? I don’t see any holes to pump into it!!!! Maybe the heats got to me! Why does this not come with instructions!!!!!! I see the big holes on end and read someplace else to fill those with water???!!!

A: How to inflate 1. Take the product out of box, and make sure all parts are included. 2. Fill water into the Base through the Drain Plug; the volume can be around 1/3 of the space. Seal the plug. 3. Inflate the Base and Horizontal Body through the other Air Valves(each for cloud base, one for the rainbow arc near the water hose connector). 4. Do not over inflate or use high-pressure to inflate this product. NOTE: If the valve cannot be recessed into the unit, it may be an indication of over inflation. Pinch valve at its base with fingers, insert pressure plug into opening, and pump air in. Seal the valve with valve lid, and press the valve into the unit to get a flat surface. Do not over inflate or use high-pressure to inflate this product.

Q: This might be a dumb question but there’s no instructions in the box...do you have to inflate the rainbow before attaching the hose or does it inflate with the hose?? And does it actually stay upright without securing it in the ground?
