Sterlite Tote Storage Basket, Brown Weave, 64 L

I have 10 of these totes, and would like a couple more. I crochet and knit and these are perfect for my yarn stash, and large enough to hold a "work in progress". When company comes I just put my project and notions in the tote, pop the lid on and push it aside. If need be they can be used as a side table for your favorite chair. I like that you can't see through the tote, so it does look like a piece of furniture.

I use it only for light storage, not for heavy things, so it's working well so far

I absolutely love this product. It is sturdy and made with high quality products. It is easy to clean, which is a blessing as I have several animals in my house. And, it is attractive. It does not look out of place in our bedroom, which is where I'm using it to store extra blankets. It fits with the decor and doesn't cost an insane amount of money to look good and be useful. This is truly a wonderful product and I'm really excited to see Sterilite make these products that fit into a room's decor without looking out of place. I already own several of the weave totes for just this reason.

I really like that this storage tote has straight line sides (not sloping in thru the depth of the box. This is a major plus for me for visual symmetry as well as it looks like it will not causing excess top width weight to buckle down the sides over time as other storage containers have done. As a 17-quart storage tote, it is not overly large yet it is large enough to hold an ample amount of goods that will not get lost in larger containers and it should not become to heavy to handle. The basket weave pattern makes the container look nice so that it could be kept in view and not look like ‘just a storage tote’. The textured box helps to hide scratches and allows for easier handling if it gets dirty or wet. Alternatively it more of a dust catcher and slightly harder to wipe clean. Container feels sturdy and looks very durable like all the Sterilite products that I have tried and currently use. I like that the cover has additional underside tabs to help the lid sit securely on the container rim for a better fit. Would look very nice in a home office or craft room with pattern coordinating accessories. It has become a nice addition to my craft room and have already received many compliments from my holiday guests.
