I bought 2 of these and each purchase they forgot the lids which is disappointing because thats the purpose of a hamper.

Perfect for a short time

I bought these because I don’t have a washing machine and I have to go the laundromat. I was so happy at first, but soon the wheels broke, the rim around the hamper came off . Maybe it’s ideal if you don’t have a lot of clothes and don’t live in the country. Where can I find replacement wheels?

Q: I went to the store physically and found that the item does not match the listed pictures. For one, the holes were only on the front side, sides didnt have any vent holes. Did they change the design, or what is going on, are the pictures wrong?
