I bought this to see what was digging a hole in our backyard at night. It worked great being infrared in that there are no bright lights that turn on when motion is sensed. I have found out what skunks to when frighted at first as one walked into the camera as it couldn't see it and saw what happens when another skunk scares another. We obviously have two skunks and racoons as well. People have said that the instruction and setup is horrible. The instructions are pretty much non-existent but there are multiple preset settings and one custom. So if you use a preset there is no issues. If you use the custom it still is no big deal. If you have setup any kind of water or light timer it is the same process. With the custom video setting you can set the record time to a maximum of 20 seconds with a 5 second wait time between captures. I am really happy with the camera. Not happy about the skunks. BTW, skunks turn face first towards and hop back from anything that scares them. I am guessing that if the threat continues, the rear end will come around.

Bought this trail camera last fall for deer season worked great right up until the last day and no buttons worked camera still took photos but couldn’t adjust the settings figured cdn tire wouldn’t
take it back so i let it sit for a year and still the same issue not worth the money for just one season waste of money from a company that’s supposed to be the best

I got this camera on sale and it's been working great. Very easy to setup and install. The instructions are easy to understand and the preset settings make it easy to get it up and going in seconds. Custom settings may also be used. I'm very satisfied.

A: there is one in the pack i bought but they are also sold in 2 packs just be warned there is something wrong with the firmware on these and will not hold the time and date! even if you upgrade to the latest firmware

A: there can be many variables that can effect this out come, we state that you should get about 10,000 pictures on a set of good quality AA batteries on average.
