This works great. I was excited to start trying out all of the different sizes. It's fun and easy. to use. Clean up is also fast and easy. It's a bit bulky. I think that the only thing that I don't like is that they give you an extra bonus blade which is nice, but there is no room to store it in the unit itself with the other size blades.

A: I don't know. I only used it with zucchini to make noodles. Sounds like you might prefer a mandoline. Slicer, dicer, etc.
