Good if nothing goes wrong

Bought the tool box and after 8 months lock went on the front. Called the numbers I was giving and sent back and forth from U.S to Canada. Then got told we don’t stock them parts and to call a lock smith. Worst customer care I’ve experienced and wish I had spent the $$$ on something else.

half the drawers not locking

so, purchased the set, seems to be of good quality, FOR THE MOST PART, I should've checked all the functionality BEFORE stacking and putting tools in it, although it had no obvious damage, I was very disappointed to find only half the drawers lock when the key is turned.... now I've got a loaded tool box on top, and my only recourse is to unpack it all, take it back to the store, which since it is heavy, is easier said then done.
