I was always a fan of Stanley products so when I saw this I just had to pick it up. The quality of it feels amazing, and it comes with paperwork showing when it was calibrated. The tool does its job flawlessly. My only gripe would be that the packaging itself doesn't show the torque rating. Regardless, 10/10 would definitely buy again

Q: What is the warranty on this? The website says 'lifetime exchange redeemable at any CT', but I just bought one and the box says 'limited 1 year'. Lifetime warranty was a big reason why I bought this.

A: i will keep a screen shot of the warranty. if you still haven't updated your website in 2 years i assume it still is a lifetime replacement warranty. "WARRANTY This product carries a lifetime exchange warranty redeemable at any Canadian Tire store."

Q: I see the warranty question was asked 3 yrs ago but the current (late April 2019) online CTC description for this product still says lifetime exchange warranty not one year warranty - so which is correct?

Q: I changed tires over from summer to winter on my 2019 F150 hand tighten them with a bar and I bought this to go around and see if they were torqued properly I set it for 150 foot pounds of torque and it won’t click when I use it. Anything reason for This?

Q: The manual and the website both say 50~250 ft lbs. But the wrench itself shows down to 20 ft lbs and it was stored that way. So which is correct?

A: Both are correct, but the 50-250 scale refers to where the wrench is accurate up to +/-3%. Once you dip below, the accuracy can no longer be guaranteed at that level.
