They're soft...

I like the colors on it, the softness and most of all the quality. They matched with my other party supplies and looked as nice as a painting on my dining table. Enjoyed everything about them and think they were exactly what my party guests wanted. I picked out the necessary party stuff I had to buy from Party City and did my birthday party with them.
