Didn't even last a day

Bought this for a birthday and the latex balloons were laying on the floor 12 hrs after bringing them home, which was a great disappointment to the recipient. Initally, the response I got via meail after I comlained was that I should have returned them. After I complained a second time, I got a much nicer resonse apologizing and giving me a $20 credit to my Trianble Rewards account.

Disappointed 70th birthday

For the first few hours the ballon bouquet looked wonderful. But during the 70th birthday party the balloons started to wilt and fall to the ground
We were very surprised this happened. We had purchased a 30th birthday bouquet in early March from you and it last for weeks
