Parts Replacement

The basketball pole had blown over in a high wind and broke the backboard and damaged the rim. Spalding makes it simple to purchase the parts and they fit!

Poor quality control!

I went through all the work to erect the basket on a backboard only to discover when I was putting the net on that one of the eyelets was missing this necessitated me taking it down and driving 35 Kms to return it and get a replacement. Obviously poor quality control be manufacturer.

A: The Spalding Universal Mounting Bracket supports most Spalding and Huffy Sports residential backboards up to 54" (137cm). You can measure the backboard from left to right. I hope that answers your question.

A: No, our Spalding rims are only compatible with our Spalding basketball hoops, unless the bolt pattern for your current rim is 2 7/8" X 2 1/2".

Q: Can this be used as a replacement net for the matrix 48” net?

A: Our product are designed to fit Spalding products. Spalding can not say with 100% certainty if the Spalding Standard Rim will fit the Matrix system.
