Beautiful!

I bought this bird feeder last year and am absolutely in love with it! The reflection of the colors in the sun light is really beautiful and the birds in my backyard are constantly eating out of it. I have kept it outside year round. Would definitely recommend!

Q: I bought this a couple of days ago. The unit appears faulty (does not light up), and is also missing one of the LED lights. Could it be the rechargeable battery that needs replacing? I'd exchange it but it appears I bought the last one. Any advice?

1 Answer

A: I'll answer my own question with an update: we took the feeder apart and found the missing light had retracted up into the lid/casing. We glued it back in place. The rechargeable battery was deader than dead, we put in on a charger for a full day and it's still charging, it must have been completely drained. We put a different rechargeable battery in the feeder instead, and the unit works well now.
