Wobbly at pommel and guard. This is poor build quality for such a high price; I was expecting better from S&W. The only thing good was packing and sheath. Outbound knife; at half the price, is way better than this junk, and I have used the Outbound knife well during my camping trips.

Q: is this knife full tang, and what sheath does it come with?

A: Yes it is. I own this knife and if you look at the pommel, you can see that the tang is visible, flat against the butt cap, and then pinned on the sides in a way that isn't obstructive. It comes with a cordura (I think) sheathe that's very attractive and functional, and has a few carry options you can use with it. There's a secondary pouch that fits onto the front of the sheathe and buckles to the back (removable) that holds a medium-grit sharpening stone that comes with the knife and sheathe. The whole thing fits the look of the knife very well, and best of all, it has a velcro belt attachment, so you don't have to take off your belt to put the knife on or take it off. I'd highly recommend it. The only knife I have that I like more is my Ka-Bar Heavy Bowie.

A: The 'stone' is a diamond grit stone, you can wet it but don't need to.
