Q: I purchased 2 of these. Each one loses about 2-3 minutes every month. I am constantly resetting the time. How do I keep these clocks from losing time? They're plugged in. It's very frustrating.

A: Hi: I have had mine for awhile. I live in Yellowknife and our power goes off on a regular basis so have to reset quite regularly. Have not noticed it losing any time though. That is strange though as it is an electric clock radio.

Q: How do I stop the alarm........never mind .....now I can't stop the radio......with no manual available I just through this piece of junk in the garbage........I can't believe a quality retailer like Canadian Tire would sell this product

A: You press Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button to stop alarm for radio or sounding alarm. I have never used alarm only time display since the radio stopped working after first use. Never returned clock since Canadian Tire will not accept unopened purchases.

A: I found the instructions for the SkyTime clock radio somewhat difficult to follow, but it seems to go into standby mode automatically as soon as you plug it in.

Q: After trying to get his darn thing to work properly I still cant figure out HOW do I set it so that the TIME stays lite up?? in rder to see time i have to press the set button.. then it shuts off after ?6 seconds..has to be a lemon??

In the alarm setting mode, press the ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 button repeatedly to cycle through the setting options: Alarm time > Alarm sound source Setting alarm time: Press the BACKWARD to set the hour time and FORWARD button to set the minute time Setting alarm sound source: Press the BACKWARD or FORWARD to select the alarm or radio as the alarm sound source.
