Absolute Junk. Total total waste.

This product is absolutely terrible. I am utterly shocked there are any reviews over 1 star. I honestly think it's just a soapy cleaner and not at ALL a brightener like it claims. Hit my deck not once but twice with this stuff, second time using the concentration. Truly hardly did anything. Went and bought some ACTUAL brightener.... INSTANTLY bleached brightened the wood. Heed my advice and get any other product than this one.
First photo is after hitting my deck TWICE with this garbage product. Second photo is what it looked like after using an actual decent brightening product.
I RARELY write reviews but I wasted sooooo much time pressure washing my deck, sanding the entire thing, and brightening a total of 3 times all because this product did next to nothing initially not again later.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Hey there, I used this to clean my decks prior to re staining. I just used a brush and some elbow grease and it worked well. Pressure washer can shred the wood if you’re not careful. This product won’t strip the stain I’m pretty sure,

A: Thanks for your inquiry, tpo roof. Simple Green Wood Surface Concentrate Pressure Washer Concentrate is safe to clean a TPO flat roof. You can use the detergent as you normally would, either through a pressure washer or manually cleaning. You will wan to rinse the cleaner from the roof thoroughly with water before it can dry. Q: Please advise how much part concentrate and part water to be used if I want to apply it on my old wooden deck manually i.e. scrub it with a long handle deck brush. Will it open pores for wood so that it gets ready for stain afterwards? thanks.

While the Simple Green Wood Surface Cleaner will certainly clean build up waste, brighten and rejuvenate your wooden deck, it might not be useful as an immediate pre-stain cleaner as depending on how much water is used to clean the deck, there may be swelling. It would require some time to let the deck dry out for the swelling to go down before you can commerce staining the deck. Best of luck with your project!

Q: Will this product remove the greying on my cedar shed outside?

A: Yes -but it may take more than one treatment if the greying has occurred over a long time and is severe. Use the product according to label instructions and with a pressure washer - or a more effort-intensive manual application with a long-handled deck brush. Either way, this product should lighten and help eliminate the greying and dulling that come from weathering.

Q: Will it splinter the wood if using the pressure washer. Do it just clean it or will it strip old stain/paint so you can put on a fresh coat

A: When used according to directions, Simple Green Wood Pressure Washer Concentrate is safe for use around pets. It is recommended to rinse surfaces thoroughly after cleaning. Also, do not leave puddles of runoff solution where animals can drink. The detersive properties of the product can upset an animals stomach.
