Poor quality

Purchased this pressure washer 4 years ago and used it approximately 10 times total. ALWAYS difficult to start and today will not start at all, every troubleshooting trick in the book and nothing. Very disappointed for the price paid even 4 years ago, stay away from these cheap Simonize products.

Don’t bother, poor parts, worse service

Bought this less than a year ago, thermal relief valve blew off 2 days ago, can’t find receipt so I’m on my own. Zero assistance from Simoniz, my advice: stay clear of this brand !
Go to any other make and don’t give Simoniz your business. I feel bad having spent over 500 dollars for using it half a dozen times.

I bought a 3100 psi with a mitsubisi motor in 1991. Lent it out and came back with a shot pump. Gone through two pumps in 30 year both due to people starting the engine before priming the pump. The pump must always water ran through it and all air removed beforehand or you will crack the nylon piston heads. Anyone complaining of water pressure drops on any brand this is what your doing wrong. Im done lending out tools, people dont listen to instructions and put there hands up when they damage it. I Guess I got my use out of it but who know how much longer it would of gone.

Bought this with hopes it would last at least a full summer.
First time using, I had fluctuating pressure issues. Ended up pulling apart the entire check valve housing to clean it. Multiple parts were jammed stiff due to probably a poor factory lube job. The bolted coil wasn’t tight and also loosened off during the first use. I’d suggest if you do end up with this Lemon, Order lots of spare parts! Pressures not bad on the unit, wether or not it’s legitimately 3000 PSI, seems to be decent when the unit is actually running ok 15% of the time
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Bonjour, Cette machine demande 2.3 gallon/minutes en utilisation continue. À ce rythme j'aurais peur de faire brûler la pompe. À moins de l'utiliser à petit coups, je ne pense pas que ce soit une bonne idée. Une machine électrique serait probablement plus appropriée dû au fait qu'elles demandent en moyenne 1,2-1,6 gallons/minute.
