A: I don't understand the question. This is a hose there is no head, so if there is a vacuum you are referring to I need to know that part #.

Q: What size is the opening that connects to the vacuum? Need to fit an old Bissell vac with a 2.25" outer diameter hose fitting. The actual hose is 1.25".

A: According to the vendor, the Shop-Vac 8-ft x 1-1/4-in Hose with Airflow Control (Product #54-0047-2) has a 2.25" outer diameter friction fit vac end hose end. However because of variations in the way Bissell hoses connect to their various units they can not guarantee an aftermarket Shop-Vac hose will connect to a Bissel unit and function as intended.
