The Shepherd 9487 model is a general duty caster with a 1-1/4 inch wheel diameter, 30-lb load rating, and swivel plate mount.

Q: Is it 30lbs per caster? Like if I had 3 I’d would be 90lbs?

A: Hello, yes we would say so. We bought 6 and put them under our fireplace/tv stand. With a 70” tv on top so it would be easier to move around and it works perfectly. Hope that helps!

Q: What size screws are recommended to use with these? thanks.

A: I'd suggest the longest screws possible (within reason!). Mine are mounted on 3/4 inch plywood with 3/4 in screws and I've had no problems with a fairly heavy load. If the load is light you might get by with less but why skimp on something so basic.
