This shelter is a temporary structure. Failure to regularly remove snow or ice could result in collapsing and/or buckling of shelter, potentially causing damage to property not covered by warranty
We recommend using proper anchors, dependent on your sub-terrain, on each leg of the shelter for maximum stability.
Clear any accumulated snow/ice from the roof structure regularly with a soft-sided instrument. We recommend always removing snow/ice from outside the structure.

A HOUSE FOR ME

I moved in and used this as a house for the winter , add a wood floor and some LED lights and a heater , plus outdoor furniture and its better than anything from home .

A: Hello, The 12 ft. height is measures to the peak of the shelter. The door height measures 9' 4". Hope that helps!

Q: How high is the door opening? It will have to clear 12 feet for my boat to go in.

Q: Need 40 long unit and I do not need to have the sidewalls.. Is there a way to not install the sides or do you have a unit that will handle my 40 motorhome that only has a roof?. I think that if this did not have sidewalls, I could put some tarp over the last 12 feet..
