Shelter Logic Shelter Coat Structure

The structure quality is great - well packaged with detailed inventory list in each box. Quality of the product/pieces is excellent. The instructions were pretty good but could be more detailed for those not experienced with the set up. We did have some missing parts - 2 different kinds of brackets however the customer service department was amazing. Very easy to deal with, efficient and we received the parts in a timely manner. I downgraded my rating to a 4 only because of the missing items which delayed getting our structure set up.

A: Hello, The ShelterLogic ShelterCoat™ wind and snow rating only reflects on the actual frame when it's properly anchored, not on the quality of the fabric material. The Wind Speed Rating 75 MPH and Snow Load Rating 40 PSF. Please note that the ShelterCoat round garages are wind and snow load rated. Wind and snow loads given are for reference only and assume a securely anchored frame according to local building codes and ordinances. These have been calculated using combined snow and wind load provisions in accordance with ASCE 7-05. These calculations are based on an unoccupied, fully enclosed building. Local building code requirements vary by location; conformance to local codes is the responsibility of the purchaser. Thank you
