Not what I expected

I had heard good things about ShelterLogic but I was disappointed. The metal bars were thinner metal than expected, the tarp was thinner than expected, the plastic pole holders broke, it was missing a couple pieces but had a couple extra uneeded pieces and a couple of the feet were never anodized. I do not recommend.

We love this shed. We have another one that is bigger and it keeps the weather conditions out. We did have another shed that we purchased awhile back and the first wind storm that we had it was destroyed. Thank you again for the the shed it's great I will recommend it to all my friends and family. Serenely The Swisher Family

Cover formed at tear less than 2 yrs old

Bought a 10x20ft Shelter Logic product on sale. Cover lasted less than 2 yrs before a tear formed. this is my 2nd product. 1st worked great, 2nd not so. Shelter Logic website doesn't work for Canadian address. Question to CDN Tire ... What do I need to do to get a new cover? I will pay for it. Show me the way

A: Hello, The door opening width to the 10x12x8 Round style Shelter is 7'10"(ft), the door opening height is 7'4"(ft), and the top door width is 4'3"(ft).
