This shelter is a temporary structure. Failure to regularly remove snow or ice could result in collapsing and/or buckling of shelter, potentially causing damage to property not covered by warranty
We recommend using proper anchors, dependent on your sub-terrain, on each leg of the shelter for maximum stability
Clear any accumulated snow/ice from the roof structure regularly with a soft-sided instrument. We recommend always removing snow/ice from outside the structure

Extremely Poor Quality Tarpaulin Cover

I bought this four years ago and it was a fair task to set it up and took the best part of a day. after two years i noticed there was major wear in the tarp where it abraded the support poles. We got a major windstorm here on the Bay of Fundy and even though it was fastened down securely the whole hut twisted in the wind and got mishaped. We reshaped it as best we could and I applied a lot of strong duct tape and reinforced the wear points. The winds blew about 70 -80 km the other night in a storm and it shredded the cover to pieces. I had a lot of equipment inside and the rain damaged some expensive LED panels and other electrical components. A $ 600 item should last more than four years. Do not buy this product. They need to improve the UV inhibitors in the tarp so it does not break down so quickly.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Big piece of Junk

I purchased less than 6 months ago. After putting together great care today getting ready for winter all ready has two rips in it. both are where it goes over the top of the tubes. The fabric is thin junk even on sale not worth the money. Going to try and stop it from ripping further and least make it until spring. Will never pay another one.

We find the covers have definitely changed since buying one of these years ago. The cover is VERY thin. We put a commercial grade tarp over top. The cover itself would have been lucky to make it through the winter.

A: the door is only 6 ft high so your camping trailer will not fit in the door way.

A: I’m in Ontario and your not allowed to have a shed/garage or temporary structure in front of your main residence, beside is fine, I know this because I had a visit from property standards and had to move it- ps , remove snow, mine collapsed after 12” snow storm and then got warm and stuck to fabric, couldn’t get it off, snow turned to ice - crunch

A: Hello Jean, The door opening for this model has a bottom width of 10 ft., a top width of 8' 6" and a door height of 6' 7". Hope that helps!

Q: Replacement end-covers? The ends ripped badly and now we need to find replacements. We can't find replacement doors for this, unfortunately. If anyone can recommend a solution, we'd very much appreciate it.

A: You can order just the doors from the US but by the time you get both ends with shipping and duty it is cheaper just to order the entire kit (top and both ends) from Shelterlogic Canada (1800 559 6175) the entire kit is $229.99 plus tax and about $25 shipping (depending on location) Kit P/N is 131113.
