Q: This spring our shelterlogic’s roof collapsed in and now the back end is collapsing too It’s only been up for 2 years but bought a year before that at Canadian tire I know there was some wet heavy snow on part of it but our other one never collapsed
3 years agoA: Mine is two years as well. Lots of snow too, which i clear off. It hadn’t collapsed, but the tent is tearing at the angles where it goes over the roof and down the sides. Tearing on the bent pole sections. About 8 different spots have ripped. Not real happy about it. Not sure if under warranty or not.

Q: I have checked with my Municipality's Development Officer, and have been to.d I need engineered drawings before he and building inspector will permit installation. Do these come wit engineered drawings?

Q: The questions asked and dimensions and drawing responses are not correct for item 37 1645. This item is listed as 12x24x8 and the answers And sketch showing dimensions describe a length of 20 ft. What is the opening of item 27 1645.
