Great vacuum.

Does a way better job than a Dyson with a better price tag. Easy to use. Like the option to have more vacuum power when I need it. Also is easier to store as it folds in half.

Buyer Beware

Worked great for the first month. Completely stopped working before 3 months was up. Got it on sale for $200 and still not worth it. Runtime was maybe 20 mins before needing to be plugged in. No removable battery, you have to plug in the handheld part of the vacuum. Luckily Canadian Tire let me exchange it for a Dyson. Save your money and just get a Dyson. Seriously. Got the gen5outsize and couldn’t be happier. Removable rechargeable battery x 2, attachments for carpet, hardwood, mattress/furniture. night and day in performance, pet hair removal and runtime.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed

The vacuum is light enough to handle but does not have enough suction unless it is used on the carpet mode (I'm using it on hardwood, every other day and have a dog). Then it uses the battery too fast and I cannot finish the open living room, dining and kitchen of my house without a recharge. I expected more from a Shark product.

A: Unfortunately, it does not. When it runs out of power, you have to plug it in and wait. It works well - no complaints but, I prefer the battery-powered sticks so I can switch them out when they run out of juice.
