we returned it the first day we received it!! Not the QUALITY we have been used to from shark...after purchasing over 6 Shark products in the past.We have model close to our previous SHARK on the way should be here any day!!

Shark Pet Pro Vac price

The Vac cleaner seems to be good so far. It works on the cat hair. It was on sale for 199.99 and due to extremely bad weather I couldn't get there to buy it on time. However, upon checking the stores, it was still listed on sale so we drove miles to purchase it the morning after the flyer expired When we arrived 2 hours later, the vacuum was $379 and we lost out. VERY disappointing for us old seniors.

I wish I had purchased a Dyson

Poor suction and pick up. I had to go over carpeted areas repeatedly to ensure the carpets appeared clean on the surface. Seriously doubt that this vacuum would pick up ground in dirt - so not a great choice for a “Pet” vacuum. It was heavy and awkward to manoeuvre. I wish I had purchased a Dyson.
