I just got this today and went out and tried it and caught a 2lb pike! The rod was smooth when I reeled in the line, and easy to cast & user friendly

Ladies fishing pole

I wouldn't recommend it. The reel stopped working and fell apart, two stars for the color though. Just wish it wasn't made cheaply.

The pole itself and kit were good but the reel on mine slips the line at times just before casting and releases the line a small amount once reeled in. It doesn't happen every time.

I'd definitely recommend, especially for beginners

This little rod was alot of fun for my kids! I got the exact same one but the adult size one for myself so we matched & they were both really nice to use. It's lightweight, easy casting & perfect for an outing with the family. We had alot of fun.
