Q: does your tank have to be pumped prior to using this product.
7 years agoA: vendor's response : the consumer certainly DOES NOT need to have their tank pumped prior to using our Septobac Pacs (or any of our Septobac products for that matter). They are designed to release literally billions of specialized bacteria with every dose which accelerates the digestion of difficult septic waste, and actually reduces the risk of Septic back-up and frequent pumping. The consumer need only drop a Pac into the toilet and flush. For best results, as we note on the label, we recommend consumer use the product when the toilet will not flushed frequently, such as the nighttime or while consumers are out of their cottage for a few hours.
