Works very well in SKS and tightened up my groups in a way never thought possible. If you are using surplus or barnaul or norinco white/red box, try this stuff to set a baseline for your 7.62x39 rifle and it will surprise you.

casing is jamming

Just tried to shoot the ammo. It is quite accurate but casing expands after a shot and extractor has a hard time to pull casing out. My gun started jamming after 20 shots. It looks like it damaged some bolt or extractor components. Don't hope to reload.

No, I do not recommend this product.
