A: YES 🙌 IT DOES!!! I first got this wagon when I was moving. I don’t know 🤷♀️ what I would have done without it. I’ve been using it since and wonder how I ever managed without it. I’ve recommended it to a number of friends and people asking…so many, Canadian Tire may not have anymore in stock! I highly recommend it!! I’m an older woman (no longer in my 30s) and can lift and handle it with no problems! Go for it!

A: Winter use..well it still loads the same, and the handle still operates the same. Cart does not include winter tires, and may not operate properly if pulled through 2 feet of snow.
