    I bought this for my daughter's room and with Netflix built in and built-in wifi, it's a nice little package. It only supports 2.4GHz networks, which isn't an issue but because of this, there is a lot of interference in our area and her room is far from the access point, I needed to buy a network extender. The image quality is fine. Not hi-end, but my daughter doesn't know the difference.

    i bought this tv for my teenage son. He loves it. No need for cable. The only complaint is every now and again you have to enter information to reconnect to the internet.

    Worst Purchase Ever

    Purchased this TV, set it up and found it had a dead pixel. Returned the TV and got another. Set the new TV up and found that it kept turning itself off while I watched Netflix. Even turned off the cable box. Would not recommend anyone buy this TV. Took this TV back and ended up getting an RCA because I couldn't get my money back.

    Not worth the time to look at it! Says it can get Netflix, it hardly works on Internet at all! Turning off all the time, remote don't work half the time so I use my cable remote and it works ok with that, sound is bad and picture isn't that great either!

    Cheap and potentially problematic

    I bought this tv roughly four years ago and over the last couple of months the audio has been acting up to the point where it breaks in and out and crackles and sometimes is fine. You get what you pay for!!

    Q: Warranty?! It states in the description, that the TV has "NO WARRANTY". Can you clarify?

    • A: No warnety because Seiki discontinues their products regularly making software updates impossible to get I've had this problem with their brands before so I say boycott Seiki and any of their partner company's the product is cheap becuz it's gonna be impossible to get updates making you have to then go out spend more money and buy new

    • A: If the TV is completely powering off, then there may be a hardware issue with the TV. But you can try performing a factory reset on the TV. After reset, all TV settings will be cleared, and TV will then go back to initial welcome setup menu. -Press the "Menu" button on the remote. -While menu appears on screen, press four zeros in a row (0000). -Next, a new menu will appear on TV. -Choose the option for a "Factory Reset" -TV will perform reset and then power off. Re-connect to the internet and try using the apps again. If you continue to have issues, you can contact Seiki support at customerservice@seiki.com or 1-855-697-3454
