This is a superior penetrant and lubricant by every measure. I use it to take the groan out of my Atv suspension bushings. Works well and lasts. I use this stuff for so many things. Really superior to others. Cleans and loosens rusty nuts. Removes tree sap from car paint easily. Smells ok too.

Q: Can i use this as a throttle bidy cleaner?

  • A: I don't think it would work well as a TB cleaner since it is a lube, but I have used the spray Sea Foam to clean a TB.

Q: Would this be an appropriate application: removing a seized shower head? I Want to replace it after 25 years and it won’t budge. Thanks

  • A: It's WD 40 on steroids ! In my opinion it should work. Let it soak about 12 hours.

Q: Can you use this as a corrosion/rust inhibitor for undercoating your car?

  • A: People claim to apply it in fall to help minimize road salt exposure. Makes sense to spray on rocker panels, inside metal fenders, other problem areas. Similar idea to why people spray diesel fuel on the undersides of heavy trucks & equip.

Q: Can I use this on my brake system to remove rusty caliper pin bolts or the bleeder valve? I'm concerned that it's petroleum based.

  • A: Yes, works great for cleaning rust and brake parts, etc. Not for adding to brake fluid, however.
