    levers are loose

    After installation, the lever handles are both loose with lots of play in them. we were very happy with the set we installed 4 years ago and bought another set to match for the garage entry door. had to use the key/pin to remove the handles and pry the splines apart slightly and reinstall. this helped but not perfect. Not the high quality we expect from Schlage, which is the most expensive brand.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
