Unreliable

Unreliable. Regularly fails to engage the deadbolt after entering the code so you turn and it just spins and doesn't unlock. Need to use the key. Happens a lot. Long term reliability is poor.

Q: How does it hold up in Canadian winter when it’s minus 45°C ?

A: Our electronic locks are tested to -30C on the exterior side and as low as -10C on the interior side. Provided your lock is installed on a door that is connected to the heated side of your home (interior), these locks can perform very well in the colder temperatures!
