Q: Can the secondary rod be installed on either side? I'd like this but it will only fit if the lower rod can be installed on the left instead of the right. Is this possible?

A: The rods can be installed on either side and any height. They provide guidance as to what distance to install from the back wall, other than that you are free to install wherever you need. You drill the holes and install the fasteners into the wall or the unit.
