Came Damaged

I recently bought this and it came damaged in multiple areas. I spoke to a rep and they did not want to do much and then offered me $20 back. I spent over 300 dollars on this and they wanted to give me back $20 for something that came damaged and they couldn't replace it due to it being sold out. (what a slap in the face) Customer service did not do much to help in anyway.
