Comfortable to use, grips sandpaper tightly

I bought this sanding block for two reasons. First, it's more comfortable to hold for extended periods than even "ergonomic" sanding blocks. Second, sandpaper will work its way loose in even a good quality sanding blocks. The sanding block can lock the sandpaper in place with clips like on my palm sander. This sanding block was designed to work with 3M's SandBlaster flexible sanding pads, but it works fine with regular sanding paper. This is good because I have several dozen sheets of regular sandpaper I need to get through before I need to consider the 3M sanding pads. This block is excellent for sanding flat surfaces, but not so good for convex curves and useless on concave curves.

Yes, I recommend this product.
