The cover arrived very quickly and seems to be reducing heat loss judging by the reduction in my energy bill. It appears to be good quality and is easy to put on and take off, which is more important than I'd anticipated.

Q: Is this intended to go over an existing cover or can it be a cover on it's own? We replaced our old cover with this one and it's taking on water making it very heavy to take off and on. Is this a defect?

A: This is an extra insulated cover. Leave the original inflatable cover in place and cover everything with this.
