Good Product, Bad Shipping

I was really disappointed with the way my order was shipped. The two S’well bottles arrived in just a thin padded envelope with no protective packaging at all. Both bottles came dented, scratched, and with broken straws. I love S’well products and have always found them to be high quality, but the shipping for this order completely missed the mark. Unfortunately, I had to return the items and still ended up losing money on the shipping costs. Very frustrating experience.
