They can handle the job

My wife and I have been using these for years. Some of the older ones have lids that have split, but like I said these have been used for quite some time and we use them every single day. We exclusively cook at home for dinner (with the exception of the occasional night out) and we always have leftovers. We are careful about reheating food in them and cleanup doesn't seem to be an issue; even with the vented lids. These containers help us save money, stretch our budget, enjoy yummy leftovers, store easily and stay closed well. I can buy whatever I need , so with the possible exception of the glass bottom food storage containers (a little pricey) these are the ones we buy.

Yes, I recommend this product.

These came with stickers on them which took an hour for me to get adhesive off them. I REALLY dislike vented lids. The company used to make these containers without which were much easier to clean. Maybe SOME people like microwaving food in plastic? I'm not one of those people because chemicals leach out and I don't care who makes it. It also leads to an early demise of the product, once again I don't care who makes it. Vented lids means a much bigger hassle cleaning the lid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Rubbermaid Easy Find Lids 3 Cup, Sqaure for free to try. I love Rubbermaid Tupperware it's great quality, durable, and they last unlike other Tupperware I've had. The lids are awesome and easy to find when your Tupperware cabinet looks like a tornado went through it. I especially loved how the Tupperware lid had a vent on the lid for the hot air to get out and less mess when using the Tupperware in a microwave especially if whatever your reheating has the potential to boil over and make a mess in your microwave.

Yes, I recommend this product.

A: All Rubbermaid plastic containers are microwave reheatable. Please refer to www.rubbermaid.com for Use & Care instructions as we recommend certain rules for microwaving, like not using the lid on as it creates excess steam buildup accelarting the reheating time while certain food categories heating faster than others. These notes will guide you to reheat correctly and keep your containers in pristine shape.
