This Roots & Harvest Electric Bath Canner is a versatile kitchen appliance. More energy-efficient and versatile than a stovetop hot water bath canner, this multi-cooker can also be used to boil water for pasta, corn on the cob and seafood. Use it to dispense coffee, cider, cocoa and other hot beverages too. Temperature adjusts from 120° to 212° F (boil)/49° to 100° C, and an indicator light shows when set temperature is reached. Includes one-piece stainless steel pot with plug-in base, glass lid and removable canning rack.

A Gem

This product does its job and saves your back. No heavy lifting required. Park it next to the sink, use the faucet hose to fill, and turn the dial. The canner heats quickly, maintains the set temperature through the entire canning time. When the processing is complete, turn the switch off and open the spigot to drain into the sink. The only real challenge is storing the canner - it's quite large.

I purchased this on a whim and I'm sure glad I did. So easy to use and it was slightly larger than my old canner so I was able to get an extra quart in. Love that it didn't heat up my kitchen and it kept an nice slow boil the entire time.
